Nokia N81

With dedicated music and gaming keys, 3.5 mm headphone connector and 3G and WLAN connectivity, the Nokia N81 multimedia computer is a true mobile entertainment powerhouse.

LG Viewty 5.1-Megapixel Camera Phone

LG Electronics today announced the LG Viewty (Model: LG KU990), its first professional-level high feature camera phone, boasting a 5.1-megapixel camera with manual focus and image stabilizer features. The Viewty takes high quality photographs with endless possibilities to allow users to enhance their images through the extensive editing features of the phone.

The sleek handset, whose size defies its amount of features, introduces world's first 120 fps video recording feature in a mobile camera phone. A single-click connection to YouTube allows users to share their very own film moments with others on the internet.

The Viewty, the first handset representing LG Mobile's new feature-oriented category, combines ultimate functionality with sensational style. The name 'LG Viewty' has been chosen to encapsulate the enjoyment of viewing and sharing high-quality photos. This is made possible through the large LCD screen and extensive functionality of the camera phone.

The LG Viewty which will be available for buy from October, will first be revealed during the IFA 2007 in Berlin on August 31, 2007.

Nokia 6555 3G Fashion Phone

Nokia announced the 6555, a new 3G mobile phone that pairs original design and quality workmanship with outstanding features. The Nokia 6555 is the first WCDMA phone with a smooth-back fold design with recessed hinge creating a seamless line when open. With a gentle curve ensuring a smooth and ergonomic user experience, the Nokia 6555 is an accessible option for discerning consumers.

Adding to its attraction, the Nokia 6555 features a QVGA 16 million color internal display - twice as many colors as the human eye can see - for a brilliant, crisp resolution on a large 240 x 320 px screen, making it perfect for viewing photos and videos. Sony Ericsson K770i 3.2MP Camera Phone Revealed

Sony Ericsson today announced the K770i Cyber-shot phone, an all in-one digital camera, photo album and phone.

At just 14.5 mm slim and finished in a Truffle Brown color, the K770i can take photos comparable to a standalone digital camera. By sliding open the lens cover, users are ready to snap photos. Once in camera mode the 1.9-inch screen becomes the viewfinder, and the Cyber-shot based menu becomes visible displaying eight lit icons across the keypad. These serve as 1-click shortcuts to each of the camera's key functions, such as picture size and photo light. Also able to capture video, the camera comes with a powerful photo light for indoor photo-taking and filming. For spontaneous snapshots with poor light conditions, a Photo fix option offers PC-free photo editing on the phone.

A slide show feature lets users show photos to people who are around, while options to post pictures to a 'blogsite' or online gallery are also included.

Consumers can transfer photos swiftly from the K770i Cyber-shot phone to a PC or laptop by using the USB cable provided in-box. Alternatively, if they prefer to print the pictures, the 3.2-megapixel camera with auto-focus delivers picture quality that is good enough to print photos out at upto A4 size (297 mm x 210 mm). Users can even connect the K770i direct to a printer using PictBridge for PC-free printing.

Supporting Memory Stick Micro (M2), the K770i comes with a 256 MB memory card that lets consumers store up to 200 photos of the best quality. Peruse the photo album whilst listening to favorite music tracks on the in-built media player. Or tune in to the FM radio with RDS that seeks out clear reception on-the-move.

Users who invest in a Stereo Bluetooth Headset will be able to stream music wirelessly from the phone and enjoy songs handsfree. The Stereo Bluetooth Headset HBH-DS200 can be auto-paired with the K770i and offers up to 6 hours of talktime or music listening time.

The K770i is a GSM/GPRS 900/1800/1900 and UMTS 2100 phone that will be available in Truffle Brown in selected markets from autumn 2007.

LG Trax

AT&T today announced the new LG Trax, a sleek multi-purpose clamshell device that offers blazing-fast 3G HSDPA data speeds and the convenience of stereo Bluetooth functionality.

The LG Trax features AT&T Mobile Music, giving users access to subscription music services such as Napster and eMusic, in addition to Music ID song-recognition software, music videos and The Buzz music news portal. The handset is MobiTV and XM Radio Mobile-capable, so customers can enjoy streaming live TV and digital radio all in one device.

The Trax's 3G data speeds through AT&T's UMTS/HSDPA network allows users to access AT&T's Cellular Video (CV) service and the Internet while they're on the go. CV features content from CNN, The Weather Channel, iFilm, Comedy Central and exclusive premium content from HBO and much more. The phone will also support AT&T's Video Share service, the first service in the U.S. that enables users to share live video over their wireless phones while on a voice call.

In addition to Video Share and a 1.3-megapixel camera, the Trax also offers in-camera photo-editing. This feature enhances the mobile photo-editing experience by allowing users to rotate, resize and crop photos and insert text into the photo images directly on the handset. The Trax even offers the option to make virtual cards with the photo editor function by inserting text and frames to create an instant mobile greeting. Additional features of the LG Trax:

Motorola RAZR2 V9m Announced

Verizon Wireless today announced the planned availability of the Motorola RAZR2 V9m in September. Offering a combination of style and Verizon Wireless' multimedia features, the RAZR2 V9m is ideal for customers seeking a sleek, music-centric multimedia phone.

Equipped with external touch-sensitive keys for quick access to music, camera and advanced speech recognition and wrapped in stainless steel, the RAZR2 V9m is VCAST-capable and equipped for use with popular applications, such as VZ Navigator. Users will be able to enjoy over-the-air full-track music downloads from VCAST Music, Verizon Wireless' catalog of over two million songs. To enhance the music experience, the RAZR2 V9m comes with Bluetooth stereo support for listening to music.

The Motorola RAZR2 V9m also has a 2.0-megapixel camera with 4x zoom and picture, video, text, and instant messaging (IM) capabilities, which allow Verizon Wireless customers to capture moments while staying in touch on-the-go.

Samsung Blast Messaging Slider Announced

Samsung today announced the availability of the Samsung Blast (SGH-T729), a crimson and black slider phone that conceals an enhanced keypad for easy text entry, so staying connected via text messages, instant messages and e-mails is simple.

Available exclusively from T-Mobile, the Blast - Samsung's first U.S. slider phone to feature a QWERTY-like keypad - provides ample space to let fingers move at a faster pace. Typing becomes more intuitive, with greater control over the letters and words being entered.

In addition, the Blast is the first T-Mobile phone to provide direct access to personal email, including AOL email, Yahoo! Mail and Gmail, making it easy to check messages anytime of the day. For added convenience, email messages can be read and responded to for the same pricing as text and picture messages - meaning there's no required data package to purchase.

The Blast features a variety of additional features, including access to instant messaging with built-in support for AOL Instant Messenger (AIM), ICQ, Windows Live Messenger and Yahoo!
